I got into door to door sales because I was broke, in college and had nothing to lose. I started selling direct in 2013. I wasn't the best but I was good. I went from selling my first year straight to managing a team my second. I honestly didn't think I would do it beyond a couple of years but here I am going into my 10th year! What made me stay? growth, opportunity and of course, money!
I Spent 6 years selling only directv and built to the point that I managed 6000 accounts., making $414k. We were forced to change and I spent 2 years selling sprint, Dish and Genetic screenings. It was good but I knew there was better.
I joined Vivint at the end of 2020 with the intentions of building a new region and so far we are crushing it. I hired 30 new reps and hit the ground running earning an award for the top new manager in the organization.
I continue to work daily on hiring new reps, building teams and teaching leaders to become their best self. At the end of the day that's the mission, To help everyone reach their maximum potential, whatever that might be.
